How do I return an item?

An item may be returned within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, original packaging, and contain all the user manuals, batteries, lanyard, or other included accessories it came with when it was received by you. Pulse Oximeter Supply.com reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for any items that were opened and subsequently returned. Pulse Oximeter Supply.com has complete discretion in whether to charge the 15% restocking fee and will determine this on a case by a case basis.


If your item has a Manufacturer's Defect that is not due to your fault or the normal wear and tear of the item then you can call our customer service center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). No item will be accepted by our customer service center if it is not accompanied by a RMA# issued by our department. Pulse Oximeter Supply.com has the complete discretion in determining whether your item is due to a manufacturer's defect or whether it is due to the fault of the user or its normal wear and tear. If it is determined that the problem is due to a manufacturer's defect then Pulse Oximeter Supply.com shall replace the item with a similar item. If it is determined that the issue is not due to a manufacturer's defect or that the item was returned with no RMA# then Pulse Oximeter Supply.com may at their discretion return the item back to you or charge a 15% restocking.
